1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Qatar Night Markets (QNM) mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The QNM App is operated by Qatar Night Markets ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and us.

2. Description of Service

QNM is a mobile application that provides:

Interactive maps of Qatar's night markets
Restaurant and food vendor directories
Menu browsing and item search functionality
Market information and vendor listings
User account management features

3. Important Disclaimer - App Showcase Only

You understand and acknowledge that:

QNM is only a showcase of restaurants' menus and what they offer
We are not affiliated with any restaurants or night markets featured in the app
We are not partners with any restaurants or food vendors
Pricing discrepancies may occur - actual prices may differ from those shown in the app
Service issues at restaurants are not our responsibility
Item unavailability may occur - restaurants may run out of items shown in the app
No external links - the app does not direct users to external restaurant websites or services

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account
One account per person; duplicate accounts are prohibited

4.2 Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time through the settings screen in the QNM app.

4.3 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. User Conduct

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the App to:

Browse market and restaurant information
Search for food items and menus
View market locations
Manage your user account

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Use the App for any illegal activities
Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App
Use automated tools to access or scrape data from the App
Impersonate others or create fake accounts
Spam, harass, or abuse other users
Upload malicious content or viruses
Violate intellectual property rights

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, app design and functionality, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Restaurant and Market Information

Restaurant menus, prices, and information are provided by third parties
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information
Restaurants may update their information at any time
We are not responsible for any discrepancies between app content and actual restaurant offerings

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

Account information (username, email, profile data)
Usage analytics and app performance data
Device information and identifiers

7.2 Data Use

We use your data to:

Provide and improve our services
Personalize your experience
Send notifications and updates
Comply with legal obligations

8. Third-Party Information

While we work to provide accurate restaurant information, we are not responsible for food quality, service issues, pricing discrepancies, restaurant availability or hours, food safety, or health concerns. Users should verify information directly with restaurants.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available"
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Features may be modified or discontinued at any time

9.2 Information Accuracy

Restaurant information, menus, and prices are subject to change
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee it
Users should verify information directly with restaurants

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any). We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Deleting your account from the settings screen in the app
Deleting the App from your device
Contacting us to request account deletion

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
We discontinue the service
As required by law

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on our website.

We will notify users of material changes through in-app notifications or prominent notices in the App.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. App Store Terms

The QNM App is available exclusively on the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. We may release updates to improve functionality, security, or comply with legal requirements.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
